1. Secretary:minutes of meetings no. 325 were circulated and passed.
2. VP PR: division C has organized two workshops at Bahrain Society of Engineers on Friday, November 28, 2008. An Email has been circulated regarding the same.
3. VP Education:
- Semiannual General Meeting is to be held on December 1, 2008. No guests are allowed.
- Remaining DCP points are to be fulfilled by next month.
4. President:Reemphasized the VP Education call about achieving the DCP award.
Other Business
-CTM Sriraman suggested calling members and urging them to attend the SAGM.
- ACG Mohamed Isa suggested establishing a committee to know why members are not coming to our regular meetings. Committee members are: CC/CL Anil Pachlangia, TM Sayed Fadhil and TM Amal Alaradi.
