Business session:
1. Secretary:minutes of meeting no. 321 were circulated and passed.
2. VP PR: announced that the new issue BTM newsletter was released. Encouraged the speech crafters to send him their articles about TM for the next newsletter.
3. VP Education: Reminded members that the evaluation, humorous, TT contests are all going to be on Monday November 10, 2008. Any member can participate in these contests including the new members.

Closing Ceremonies:

President’s address: encouraged the speech crafters to join TM clubs. He Complimented CTM Neil Desai, CC/CL Anil Pachlangia, TM Kevin Craig and the chief guest for organizing this speech craft program for zayani computers. Chief Guest address: “if we are able to communicate well, we will have a better life.” Thanked the president and the speech craft organizers and hoped that this cooperation between zayani computers and BTM would be continuous. - Our president honored the chief guest and distributed the certificates to the speech crafters and the organizers of the program.
